Purple IT Ltd is ICANN accredited registrar and providing domain registration, web hosting services around the world. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our support team. This is a fully remote position; ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of reliability and professionalism.

To qualify and be successful in this position, you must have:

• Strong customer service skills and a desire to grow technical knowledge.

• Experience troubleshooting common issues with popular Content Management Software (CMS)s such as but not limited to Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, and Magento.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to common web hosting services including Apache HTTP, FTP, SSH, MySQL, DNS, Litespeed, CentOS, and CloudLinux.
• A strong desire to improve our support process by suggesting areas of improvement or efficiency.

You will be expected to:

• Deliver an excellent customer service experience via ticket and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on providing the highest level of customer service and first contact resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed to ensure proper and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Have an unsurpassed customer focus in every aspect of the day-to-day operation.
• Be curious and continue to expand your technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate a passion for solving customer issues, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working closely with our entire support team.
• Share knowledge by contributing to both internal and external technical documentation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with multiple clients simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Ability to work from home as this is a 100% remote position. Reliable internet connectivity and the ability to temporarily relocate in case of service interruption is required.
• Previous experience in web hosting or related Internet fields.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends.

Salary: 20000-50000 (Based on the Experience)
